March
- Changes to many reports with new & improved options.
- Major performance improvements to almost all reports & admin pages, and other updates & fixes.
- Standardized the unique "from" email address for each site.
February
- Migrated help docs to a new system along with implementing a new support chat tool.
- Worked on the many of the performance upgrades that were rolled out in March.
January
- Released multiple updates to the delivery confirmation feature, with special attention to the bulk notification options
