Payment Facilitators
Put this in the “high priority, in progress” category!
This last month I’ve been heads down working on meticulously upgrading the many underlying frameworks that power Eat Fresh sites. This lays the groundwork for updating our integration with Stripe, to enable use of their newer features, as well as for integrations with new payment facilitators.
If you’ve been interested in switching processors to one with cost plus pricing (vs Stripe’s bundled rate), this will soon be an option.
More info to come on this as it gets finalized and rolled out.
Integrations
Another Elfsight integration — this time the Google Reviews widget — is now available to all Standard plan sites with a Home page.
After creating your widget in Elfsight, add your token id in the Eat Fresh admin to enable it (accessible via the Integrations page or Settings page).
Content Editors
The FAQ section editor has been improved, taking on the easier and more advanced sort functionality that was introduced with the new Menu Section and Product Category editors.

Other Improvements & Fixes
- Improvements to Menu Section edit
- Added seconds to SMS log dates (useful since sends are now completed faster!)
- Fixed an issue that could prevent SMS summary email from being sent if an SMS send failed in a certain way

- Premium SMS features (personalized messages, 2x faster bulk sends, advanced segmentation options, “smart” send options, custom commands and more…)
- Improvements to Meal Plans (recurring subscriptions)
- Custom website pages
- More requested integrations
- Support for additional PayFacs (e.g. Stripe alternatives)
