Checkout on Stripe Payment Element and Link, a PayFacs admin page, new admin forms, and more.
Payments
Card entry on billing, plans, and gift-card purchase now uses Stripe's Payment Element instead of the old card field. Stripe Link is available on the new form, in a compact accordion layout so billing stays readable.
Charges use saved payment methods. When a stored card cannot be charged, customers and admins see a clearer "payment method invalid" alert.
New PayFacs page under Integrations: view and edit payment processors, set primary, account ids, and fees, and jump there from the billing page.
Gift cards & checkout
Gift-card purchase uses the same Payment Element. Logged-in customers can pay with the card on file. Guest checkout works again: Review Purchase, then card entry without an account.
Logging in on the order page keeps the cart. The anonymous pending order converts onto the signed-in customer instead of dropping or duplicating.
Admin forms
Insert and edit screens across meals, recipes, plans, locations, fees, promotions, credits, payments, and more now use the new insert and edit form layout.
Discount edit has a usable list of assigned users. Discount save no longer drops form state. Pending-order edit can set discounts again.
Meal plans
Plan forms support more plan types without a separate template per type. Location select always shows on the plans page, and a default location no longer overwrites the one the customer already picked.
Canceled plans no longer count as "has a plan," so they do not block subscribe or add-plan. Subscription meals on the account page now show the meals that belong to that order.
A few other updates...
- Removing a role from a user logs them out on every device immediately.
- CSV exports quote each field so commas inside cells no longer split the line.
- Monthly sales, delivery, and location reports no longer write prior-year totals into the current year.
- Open Analytics Dashboard is a direct link (no password copy from the page).
- Responsive dashboard widgets, consistent location sort, and one strikeout-price style across order, plans, emails, and admin.
- Order-page section filters: if "show all" is on and a section is already visible, it stays expanded.
- Create Common Discounts adds welcome, first-responder, trainer, owner, and thank-you codes when they do not already exist.
- The customer billing panel clears when the admin switches user.
- Recurring SMS no longer gets stuck on the same send date.
