By default, inactive & expired discounts are now hidden from the Admin Discounts view.
To show them, click the 'Show Inactive Discounts' toggle switch
Non-expiring discounts are those that have no expiration date and will remain active until manually set to inactive. Generally, these are all the discounts you create other than gift vouchers.
By default, all new discounts are expirable. To make a discount active indefinitely (e.g. won't expire unless set inactive manually), check the 'Never Expires' box when editing the discount.
