Customer account orders, admin email resend, pending-order finalization, delivery routing, and more.
Customer Account Orders
Views on the customer account page for pending orders and finalized orders have been drastically improved and enhanced:
- New combined paginated view for Pending & Finalized Orders. Pending Orders shown first, paginate next to go back in history for prior finalized orders.
- New "Print" button for customers to print a 1-page receipt with order info (similar to a packing slip, but customers can print on-demand for any of their orders)
- New "Cancel Order" button directly on Pending Orders for both plan and standard orders. On a plan order, canceling an order will also register the plan as skipped for the week.
Admin Email Resend
Emails sent through the site can now be resent or forwarded to a different address. Data retention policy and other restrictions apply. Not available on Starter plans. Great for when someone purchases a gift card and fat fingers the wrong address!
Pending Order Admin Finalization
All order types (including custom meal prep!) can now be finalized from the admin directly without impersonation. Includes both standard and plan orders, and works for paid/credit and combo orders.
Schedule-Aware dashboard panels
The Live Menu & Multiple Orders dashboard panels are now schedule-aware, with more helpful breakdowns for menus with multiple schedules.
Delivery Route Optimization
Now available for all sites! Includes multiple route optimizations by driver time and distance, with maps and printable route sheets. Try it out from Locations & Delivery > Delivery Routing in Admin.
Upcoming Menus
The UI for upcoming menus has been improved. Whether you allow previews of future menus or just have one at a time, dates and options are now clearer for customers on their account page. Optionally, can also show on your Orders Closed page (if you don't use rotating menus).
A few other updates...
- We now support 3D Secure payment authentication through Stripe
- The features page has been updated with more helpful names and descriptions.
- The "Resync Schedules" function now runs automatically and has been removed from Reports views. If needed, it can still be run manually from the Menu Edit view.
- Similar to dashboard state, a data current as of timestamp and refresh button are now shown on the By Menu report view.
- Messaging in emails for Pending Orders that fail finalization has been improved.
- Recurring plans that were skipped for the week are now counted separately from other plans w/o orders in the action items view.
- A source field was added to Payments so you can see/find payments based on origin (order/admin/etc).
- Addresses marked undeliverable now show the reason (use recalc in admin to update).
