April 2025 Update

update

Highlighted improvements and fixes from the prior month, including updates to Integrations, Mailchimp Tagging, Multi-Schedule Menus, Customer LTV stats, Menu Previews, Order Page, Plan Orders, and more...

Customer LTV

Sites now track LTV ("lifetime value") of your customers, along with some other helpful stats:

Find these stats on the user management page, as well as in relevant reports and exports (e.g. First Time Orders, Customer Order Counts, et al).

Stats are updated automatically with each new order.

Tip: Use these new stats to find and recognize your VIP customers!

Integrations

There is a new page to consolidate info on available integrations:

Watch this page for info on existing and new integrations as they get moved here.

Speaking of integrations, a new MailChimp tagging feature was just launched that syncs the first several orders for customers so you can set up email campaigns based on those initial orders.

Tip: In addition to the new tags, your site already syncs Subscriber and Customer status automatically

Multi-Schedule Support

This is a big one, and a long time coming! Menu schedules configuration has been overhauled, enabling much more flexible schedule options.
  • Set any start/end date & delivery date for your menus. A few days, a few weeks, a month - anything!
  • Permanently changing your normal schedule? Use the new "Save ... as Default" to make future menu edits easier.
  • Adding an additional delivery day? Use the new "Add Schedule" option.
  • Additional schedules support having the same or different start or end date.
Whether you're delivering once a week or everyday, the new schedule setup has got you covered. Eventually, it will even support selection of alternate delivery [time] windows.

You may notice the upgraded date views and date pickers as well. These new, more mobile-friendly, pickers will be gradually updated throughout the admin.

Tip: Need to extend your menu for a brief period to catch a few late orders? Use the new "Force Orders Enabled" option! It will re-open the menu with no need to change your dates. Just disable it after the late orders are in and your normal menu schedules will resume.

Orders

Along with the upgraded menu schedule functionality, the order page has been given a few improvements:

  • fixed an issue with the last 4 of a customer's card not showing in billing sections
