Database upgrade completed

Another week, another infrastructure upgrade. 😎

This time, we've migrated your site database to a new provider. 💪

We've invested in a new database provider that, while slightly more expensive, has increased storage capacity, dedicated memory, automated daily backups, and a replica set with 3 instances (meaning, your database is mirrored twice, for redundant load-balancing).

We've also converted the underlying storage type from MMAP to Wired Tiger 3.4, the latest supported version for your MongoDB database.

All this techno-speak just means we're working hard to make sure your site continues to have the best performance possible for you and your customers.

While you're on the Eat•Fresh platform, all maintenance, improvements, and upgrades will always be at no additional cost to you.
