It can be a lot! Our software eliminates several common types of work owners would normally do manually each week.

Yep, there are a few usage-based fees detailed here:

• Processing fee - 2.9% + 30c per transaction
• App fee - (1-2% per transaction, based on plan)
• $0.0275/segment (optional SMS usage)

Processing & app fees are collected automatically and can be viewed in your admin reports. SMS fees (if not prepaid) are billed per your actual usage. SMS is an optional feature that you can pause or cancel at anytime from your admin.

Note - Eat Fresh Tech does not add ANY client-facing fees. However, YOU can create & add custom fees from your admin that apply to all orders.

Nope, no setup fees. (Add-ons are available, but not necessary or required.)

After you sign up, we'll start building & configuring your site within 1-2 business days. Turnaround typically takes about a week. We'll keep in touch through the setup process and you won't be left hanging.

Note: if you have requested any custom work (design, copy, features), this will (of course) add to our setup time. Estimated timelines for custom work will be communicated before start.

Not at all. If you don't have a website or domain, your site will be accessible from a unique subdomain of one of our hosted domains.

No problem! You'll get a standalone mini site that you can embed and link to from your existing site. The mini site includes our dedicated order form, customer account page, and full access to the Eat Fresh admin backend built specifically for meal prep services.

Yes, all payments through our sites go through bank-level, secure, encrypted, transactions. All major card data is stored securely directly with the payment processor.

Perhaps! Every site will already be custom configured for your business and we'll do basically everything needed to get your site live ASAP.

If you have additional needs that would require custom design, dev, or copywriting - that is available at an hourly rate. If you're interested in this, please inquire before signing up for our current rates & availability.

Please check with us! It may exist already and just not have been added to this site yet. Or it may be something we're working on that will be released soon. If neither of those are the case, we can sometimes prioritize development of requested features and integrations for a small fee.

Congrats! We will review the info you submitted and start configuring your custom site within 1-2 business days.

If more details are needed, we'll reach out ASAP. Otherwise, expect to get an email within 1-2 weeks with instructions on how to access your new site! 

If you signed up for a trial, the trial period does not start until the email with access instructions is sent to you.

Nope! If you test out the service with the 2-week trial and decide it's not right for you, there's no further obligation. We'll delete the site and your data and part ways. If you decide to stay (yay!) sign up for any of the available plans to keep your site active.
